Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns Process: To start a return, you must contact us at [supportkyrobrand@gmail.com ].

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues (Print on Demand): Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Since our products are manufactured specifically for you, if there is a manufacturing error or damage, we will work with our production partners to send you a replacement at no extra cost. We will require clear photos of the issue to process this.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
